TerraStation Version 7.410 - 20 April, 2016
Plotting - cross sections plots now offer a "page = plot size" option for PDF output.
IMAGELog Header Editor - a crash condition when grabbing and moving features has been fixed.
True Vertical Depth - an issue with batch loaded TVD surveys have been fixed. These were related to the determination of the number of header lines in the input files.
Petrophysics - Statlith - A number of changes including:
-Initialize output porosity curve ranges to 0 to 0.3, not 0 to 1.
-For the Dual water and Waxman Smit models, put an additional track showing the effective Sw and Phi, in addition to the total Sw and Phi track.
-The solution control variables (other than level of diagnostics messages) are now saved to the SLH file.
-Added the Sw model label to the track header of Sw and Phi track.
-Initialize all the models to have the same Rt and RXO curves the very first time the configuration is loaded.
TerraStation Version 7.409 - 13 April, 2016
IMAGELog - TT values in hole shape tracks (button data mode) are converted to inches. The image type must be set to acoustic TT, and an acoustic base must have been set for this to work.
Petrophysics - a window handling problem in Petra lithology has been corrected.
Dip Analysis - a problem when switching between longitudinal and transverse SCAT plots has been fixed.
TerraStation Version 7.408 - 06 April, 2016
Data Loading - a problem when loading auxuliary engineering data, specifically squeezed perf and frac stage data, has been resolved.
TerraStation Version 7.407 - 31 March, 2016
TerraStation Version 7.407 is a patch for a problem with the multi well auxiliary data loader. Well matching based on UWI values did not work. This has been fixed.
TerraStation Version 7.406 - 23 March, 2016
General - in many cases, the program now remembers the active tree list expansion from the previous TerraStation session. This works for pick editing in different tracks when the active categories match.
DLIS Loading - the loader is more careful about matching mnemonics for orientation data when loading Schlumberger tools.
DLIS Loading - if a multi valued (array) curve is selected for loading, the program now defaults to loading the entire array.
Mapping - the "Map EQUUS" function now initializes itself properly. It also permits use of the Surface Elevation as one of the input Z variables.
TerraStation Version 7.405 - 16 March, 2016
Borehole Imaging - RB measurements are now used for borehole orientation rather than P1AZ if the well is deviated more than 10 degrees. In the past this did not happen until the well was deviated more than 45 degrees.
This is to better support multiple imaging tools in very long strings where the tools may be at different deviations due to borehole bending.
Petrophysics - some potential problems with range and scale control in multi well histograms and crossplots have been addressed.
General - the default curve mnemonic system now includes additional curves including a set of Power Positioning Caliper curves, ThruBit curves, and sonic waveform supporting data.
Modified Files: blimage.v70, tlcrvdsc.v70, tlcrvcat.v70, tlalias.v70
TerraStation Version 7.404 - 09 March, 2016
Borehole Imaging - the resolution of circumferential images created from button data has been increased. (Except in bit size mode.)
IMAGELog - the control curve used for lithology and facies displays can now be a "fast" channel curve.
Data Loading - a problem when loading fast frequency and irregular curves via ASCII file has been resolved.
Petrophysics - a problem with multi-well netpay reports possibly starting with an invalid zone has been fixed.
TerraStation Version 7.403 - 02 March, 2016
Borehole Imaging - users can now set the names of the basic orientation curves in images with greater than 25 buttons.
DLIS Export - the new custom curve names are used when exporting DLIS images. This improves support when transferring data to other software packages.
LAS Data Loading - when loading images from LAS data, the image button assignment has been further automated.
Data Loading - support has been added for a new Weatherford CMI mnemonic set.
Recent parameter file changes:
tlcrvdsc.v70 - mnemonics have been added in support of additional image orientation curves.
blimage.v70 - new image mnemonics.
TerraStation Version 7.402 - 24 February, 2016
Borehole Imaging - a problem with the new additional data offsets has been resolved.
Data Export - SDEVM and HAZIM may now be included when exporting image data in the DLIS format.
TerraStation Version 7.401 - 17 February, 2016
Correlation - picks may now be labeled with a combination of MD/Elevation values.
Borehole Imaging - when recomputing picks based on a new orientation, the computation tests the amount of orientation change and does not perform the calculation if the difference is small. This prevents the accumulation of rounding errors which might incorrectly move the pick.
Auxiliary Data Loading - IHD data can now be loaded in "multi column" mode. The incoming file must have the header entries in the column heading, and they must match a mnemonic in ilheader.v70.
Borehole Imaging - in support of Schlumberger protocols, the Inclinometry Offset on the Tool Parameters tab has been divided into an Acceleration and Orientation offsets. The Acceleration Offset is the same as the GPIT offset. The Orientation Offset may be (optionally) set if some or all of the orientation data needs to be shifted by a different amount. Toggles controlling the scope of how these are applied have also been added. See the online Help for more details.
Dip Analysis - an issue with plotting the location of the mean hole orientation on the stereonet has been addressed.
TerraStation Version 7.400 - 10 February, 2016
IMAGELog - pick labeling can now display both the MD and elevation values.
General - one may zoom displays by pressing the CTRL key while moving the mouse wheel. This may not be available in all systems. Please notify TERRASCIENCES of any problems associated with this action.
DLIS Writer - the output curve array for circumferential images will use the slot name as the array name, if it has been set.
Formation Viewer - a potential issue with spurious lines appearing along sine waves if picks loaded without any HEIGHT value has been addressed.
TerraStation Version 7.399 - 03 February, 2016
Data Loading - the Auxiliary Data Loader now permits users to restrict loading to within a specified data range.
Petrophysics - Curve Utilities - Copy a Curve - a problem with populating the target well curve when copying data from auxiliary data files has been addressed.
Petrophysics - Crossplot - a problem with error messages sometimes being generated when creating multi well plots has been fixed.
