Sonic Waveform - an initial version of the C66 modulus computation for transverse isotropic within perpendicular borehole situations has been added.

Sonic Waveform - a preliminary version of the Butterworth filter for sonic wave form processing has been added.

Note: normally this is a two pass filter, first low then high, but if low pass cutoff is 0, no low pass filter will be done. If the high pass cutoff is 0, no high pass filter will be done.If using an alternate filter for anisotropy, the filter will be same general type as that defined on the Data Control tab. The three Butterworth parameters are order (exponent), high pass cutoff and low pass cutoff.
