TS V7.328 - 26 February, 2014

TerraStation Version 7.328 - 26 February, 201

Sonic Waveform - anisotropy semblance files (swx, swy) are now automatically expanded if necessary.

Plotting - TerraStation now has the capability to handle 32 bit BMP images.

Plotting - CMYK formatted TIFF files are now supported by TerraStation.

General - references to the obsolete public land survey spotting system are now hidden.

Mapping - a potential crash condition while drawing geopolitical data has been fixed.

DLIS Loading - several panel sequencing changes have been incorporated to improve the program flow when loading sonic waveform data.

Petrophysics - a pie/bar chart button has been added to the main petrophysics panel.

TCL - a problem with syntax checking when using commas to separate arguments in TCL subroutine calls has been resolved.

DLIS Writing - a problem writing depths which caused error messages in the InfoView utility has been resolved.

TS V7.327 - 20 February, 2014

TS V7.327 - 20 February, 2014

Data Loading - the "end date" for engineering data can now be loaded in the auxiliary well data loader.

Data Loading - some improvements have been added to the well "cloning' operation.

DLIS Data Loading - the loader prevents multiple assignments for orientation curves.

TS V7.326+ 17 February, 2014

TerraStation Version 7.326+ is a bug patch version that corrects problems restoring RFT crossplot setups.

TS V7.326 - 12 February, 2014

TS V7.326 - 12 February, 2014

General - improvements in zooming for 3 dimensional surface rendering displays.

IMAGELog - a preference has been added so that IMAGELog can be opened in "fit width" mode.

Data Loading - the mnemonic APD is now considered as a valid reference for surface elevation.

DLIS Data Loading - a problem which prevented users from selecting a "user defined" image when loading DLIS data has been corrected.

Petrophysics - Options - Pie/Bar Chat. A new option to display proportional data (e.g. lithology, or porosities) as pie charts or horizontal bar graph. Configurations can be saved and used in the Interval Graph track in IMAGElog also.

Petrophysics - a problem with RFT crossplots when the data source is engineering data has been fixed.

Petrophysics - interrogations of lines on RFT crossplots now include the entry ID number if the data is from the ENG file. User can also specify if the data is to be displayed on MD or TVDSS when sourced from the ENG file.

TS V7.325 - 6 February, 2014

TS V7.325 - 6 February, 2014

IMAGELog - the interrogation function is deactivated for facies when in pie chart interval mode.

IMAGELog - the behavior of the mouse over tooltip has been improved for core image tracks and picks on them.

Borehole Imaging - units may now be declared when exporting picks, breakouts, linear features, and vugs.

General - when rescaling depth units, an option has been added to also rescale auxiliary data file containing TVDSS, XDEV, or YDEV columns. This is typically used when changing depth units for a well.

Map Loading - the "One Line Per Z" map loading option can now load depths on non MD bases (provided the well has sufficient data for the conversion).

Sonic Waveform - a right click option for the slowness calculation has been added.

Sonic Waveform - the child windows for sonic waveform calculations will be "always on top" so calculated results are not hidden.

IMAGELog - an "end date" field has been added to the information collected for engineering data. This can be used to filter engineering items displayed to only those performed during a certain date range. If this entry is blank, the engineering entry is assumed to have been performed entirely on the given date for it.

Borehole Imaging - the Z acceleration histogram is now stored in memory so that the window can be resized without having to recompute the histogram.

IMAGELog - new grid options have been added to permit tick marks on only the left or right side.

General - a metric version of the Egypt Red Zone projection has been added.

TS V7.324 - 24 January, 2014

TS V7.324 - 24 January, 2014

Borehole Imaging - the program now shares data in some situations between multiple tracks on an image that are drawn from the same image file. This should improve the performance when drawing the display.

Correlation - in zig-zag mode, one may now cause a well to be repeated (at the right of the section). Right click on the reference map on the well to be repeated and choose "Add well again to section".

Mapping - in the special mapping function mode, maps made that post rose diagrams now have a scaling factor for the rose based on the largest petal. If set to a non zero value, roses with larger petals will plot larger on the map.

Data Loading - the azimuth can be set as a loading parameter when loading core photos.

Petrophysics - Net Pay - the property sheet will always display as the top window.

TCL Macro Processing - a new function has been added to back calculate the deviation survey from the TVDSS, XDEV and YDEV curves. This can be used as an orientation method for core photos or images if no other information is available. It can also be used as a quality control method against other orientation data.

DLIS Data Loading - a problem loading user defined images in the DLIS loader has been fixed.
